Both our buildings house professional, spacious conference and meeting rooms which are available to both internal and external clients for hire.

Ground Floor

Conference Room 3
A large room able to accommodate up to 45 people theatre style or 28 people board room style.

Second Floor

Conference Room 1
Accommodates 25 people in 5x5 rows or 14 people in a board room setup.

You may also book a wide range of equipment and services to enhance your presentations such as projector, screen and white boards as well as teas and coffees all the way up to fully catered fare as required. Plug and Play internet access is also available at no extra charge. For further information please ask when making a provisional booking.

Pricing

Half Day (9 am – 12:30 pm or 1pm- 5:30 pm) £8 per delegate

Full Day (9 am – 5:30 pm) £15 per delegate

These prices include all equipment, tea and coffee. Juice or other refreshment requests charged accordingly.

Lunch can be arranged for delegates at £6.50 per head. Please call for menu choices.

Early morning, late evening and weekend bookings are available, subject to a £10 per hour supervisory staff charge.

All room bookings are subject to VAT.

Meeting Room 2
Another medium sized room able to accommodate up to 14 people boardroom style or 16 theatre style. Please note there is a fire escape exit situated in this room.

Conference Room 1
A large room able to accommodate up to 24 delegates boardroom style or 36 theatre style.
