Prospect House – The Enterprise Connection Hub

Prospect House forms the core of the Enterprise Connection network, providing fully serviced short lease modern flexible office space.

Prospect House is located in Poundbury a new development near Dorchester, designed by architect Leon Krier for the Prince of Wales. The purpose of the development is to show that traditional architecture and modern town planning can work together to create a successful living and working community, an aim which seems to have been achieved as the town has become very popular with an ever expanding population of residents and businesses.

Offices

A selection of offices are available on both the ground, first and second floor of Prospect House on the basis of a monthly rental agreement.

These offices offer on average approximately 90 sq ft and are individually lockable and have 24/7 access. A wide range of services are also included in the rent for example on-site parking, business signage on office door, own telephone number and voicemail, free use of meeting room, communal kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher and discounted hire of our conference facilities.
