Enterprise Connection Weymouth

Enterprise Connection Weymouth (ECW) is a new expansion for Enterprise Connection, allowing us to offer more office spaces and also some light industrial space. ECW opened its doors in July 2008 and the newly refurbished building is already home to a small number of businesses.

Enterprise Connection Weymouth is located near Weymouth on the Granby Industrial Estate offering good transport links and access to Weymouth, Dorset and beyond. The estate has been in business since the 1960s and now houses an eclectic selection of local, national and international businesses.

The Granby and Lynch Lane Business Forum, under new management by Weymouth College Business and Commercial Development Unit, is based at ECW and aims to promote the growth and sustainability of the two commercial estates.

Offices

ECW offers both traditional office space and light industrial units, there are 24 units in total in a variety of size between 169 and 779 sq ft.

All units have 24/7 access and are individually lockable and come with business signage. A wide range of services are also included in the rent for example on-site parking, own telephone number and voicemail, communal kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, mail sorting and collection, office cleaning on request and discounted hire of our conference and meeting room facilities.

Conferences

There are three rooms available to hire for conferences, meetings and training courses at ECW, these can accommodate between 2 and 34 delegates on either a half day or full day basis. We also welcome out of hours bookings.

All rooms offer internet access and a flip chart, access to projectors, screens, white boards and other electrical equipment can be arranged if previously requested, all included in the price quoted. Tea and coffee is readily available and free of charge, other refreshments can be supplied if arranged prior to the meeting. Lunch or snacks can also be organised for your delegates.
